In July I was invited to go to the TES award ceremony in London, England. I met a lot of fun people, had some incredible adventures and made friends along the way on my journey.

Welcome to My World!
Hi,
I am an Author, Illustrator, Designer of children's books and activites. On this site I will be posting some of my recent creations and characters. Just click on the picture and a window will pop up that will enable you to read the book online.
If you'd like more information about any of the books here you can contact me at: amarisjordan@yahoo.com
I am also open to illustrating any stories or activities for children. If you have a project you would like me to work on send an email and I'll consider it.
Someone recently asked me:
"Why is it important to teach kids about the world?"
My answer to their question was:
"Teaching children about different cultures opens up their eyes to the world around them and helps them to be understanding and more tolerant of other’s beliefs and ways of life. To have a better world, a more peaceful world, is to know, appreciate and understand the similarities and differences of each other."
That more or less sums up my introduction to my blog.
Cheers!
Stephanie Scott
